Making disciples of Jesus Christ is God’s call for all Christians, not just those in vocational ministry. Multiply is a gathering for everyday disciplemakers with the purpose of equipping you with new ideas, encouragement, and relationships so that you can confidently advance the gospel of Jesus and His kingdom in your everyday life. Through, interactive, topical workshops, and reflection time, we pray the Spirit of God will build up the foundation of many generations (Is. 58:12) for the transformation of our cities and world!
This year we are preparing to gather our community again around the theme of “Encourage and Equip”. We will offer two different workshop times, focused on topics relevant to discipleship (Encourage) and practical how-to’s of disciplemaking (Equip). Two interviews with everyday disciplemakers will bookend our day, followed by a separate, optional staff preview for those interested in what it looks like to be a Navigator staff.

As believers trying to follow Christ who modeled self-sacrifice and called us to put the interests of others ahead of our own, is there room to also work toward our own well-being? Can we make use of mental health concepts and practices while remaining faithful to Biblical teachings? Join Eric and Jeff to consider these questions and explore tools that can help manage challenges, build resilience, and foster hope.

This workshop explores how business can be a powerful platform for discipleship and transformation and is geared to believers in business or who plan to work in engineering, accounting, finance, procurement, marketing, management, etc. in a business context. And for those with an entrepreneurial bent, it introduces the idea that we can make disciples for Jesus, make a difference in our communities, and make a profit (we call it M3). If you want to grow in making a difference for Christ and for the Kingdom of God through business – either as a coach/alongsider or practitioner, we’d love to have you join us!
We will look at what God’s Word has to say about the Sabbath and why it is a gift to us. We will explore the themes of rest that refreshes and time with God that restores. We will also examine the challenges of practicing a Sabbath in the modern context.
What if prayer is simpler than we make it out to be? What if prayer is more profound than we realize? Simple and profound, like a deepening friendship with someone you can see, hear and touch. Join us for an interactive discussion and look at prayer as intimacy with our God.
Is it possible to do the mission of Jesus in the local church? Might seem like a silly question, but being part of a local church has all kinds of things to navigate in order to keep the main thing the main thing – making disciples of Jesus! Come explore how the local church can be a vital place of growth.
Trauma is a deep wound of the heart and mind that can take a long time to heal. It hurts every part of us: our relationships, our bodies, our thoughts, and our faith. During our time together we will engage in a holistic approach to helping people begin the process of healing. The lessons use stories, activities, Scripture, and questions to help people engage deeply with themselves, with God, and with each other.
Move From Reactive to Purpose-Driven Living. Experience a creative hands-on framework to shift focus from immediate challenges to core identity. This adaptable tool helps you, those you disciple, or a small group move discipleship to an intentional, purpose-driven story that is authentic and sustainable.
So You Want To Make A Disciple…but think you can’t. You don’t have to be a professional to do something that was meant for “amateurs” to do. It is as simple as making a friend. Learn how to come alongside people, love them, do life with them and help them discover for themselves, the faith that drives you.
The high calling of every parent is to disciple their kids to know and love God. It won’t happen in a vacuum but requires intentionality and forethought! During this workshop, Abby will provide practical discipleship strategies parents can immediately implement into their homes. They will also leave with tools and resources, so they don’t feel alone on the discipleship journey.
Communicating across cultures is tricky! We can learn from Jesus’ example as He made the good news of the Kingdom known in different cultural contexts. Participants will practice simple tools and strategies to help them start spiritual conversations, tell their story, and share the Gospel in ways their friends may more easily understand.
In a world of information overload and ever-shorter attention spans, it’s more important than ever to harness for Kingdom purposes the power of the very digital tools causing those problems. Amanda will explain the digital strategies that have inspired over 500,000 people to engage with Navigators discipleship resources over the last five years and equip you with digital resources to grow in Christ and help people you care about do the same. (Note: Amanda will be online with an in-person audience at Multiply)
