“A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out” (Isaiah 42:3a NIV).
True life-to-life disciplemaking can bring out the areas of challenge in our own lives, and mental health is an increasingly urgent issue for many. Together, let’s start the conversation to reduce the stigma of mental health issues in the Body of Christ, and learn practical tools for yourself and those you walk alongside.
Join us for a half-day seminar where local Christian mental health leaders and professionals will teach, share practical skills, and answer questions. We aim to encourage one another towards love, healing and wholeness in Christ in this important area of our lives.
During registration, you will have the opportunity to choose from one of our dynamic workshops. You can view descriptions of each workshop below.

The lessons use stories, activities, Scripture, and questions to help people engage deeply with themselves, with God, and with each other.
