With a classic “Life-to-Life Discipleship” focus on everything we do, the Navigators have always been about knowing Christ, making Christ known, and helping others do the same. And that is happening in places all over the world, including in cities like Minneapolis/St. Paul.  The Twin Cities is home to churches established more than a century ago by Scandinavian immigrants, historic Black churches and more recent Hmong and Latino congregations. 

NCM helps churches to understand and develop intentional disciplemaking cultures by changing the way church leadership looks at discipleship.  Workshops, coaching for leaders, and practical tools are used by NCM staff to help church members not only warm pews, but rather to contribute to another person’s spiritual growth and maturity for Christ.
